As a Network Engineer L3, you will design and maintain complex WLAN infrastructures while providing managed networking services. This role involves troubleshooting network issues, collaborating with clients, and ensuring security compliance in high-availability environments.

Anforderungen

• •Knowledge of WLAN standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF design, roaming, QoS
• •Knowledge of VLAN, STP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
• •Experience with Cisco Wireless (Catalyst, Meraki), LAN/WLAN controller
• •Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM integration
• •Knowledge of 802.1X, NAC, network segmentation
• •Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Enterprise Wireless)
• •ITIL Foundation certification for managed services processes

Aufgaben

• •Design WLAN networks including access points and controllers
• •Configure and maintain SSID management
• •Implement and operate managed networking services for LAN and WLAN
• •Monitor network performance and manage incidents and changes
• •Analyze and resolve L3 network issues related to routing, switching, and wireless
• •Collaborate with service management and clients to ensure SLAs are met
• •Document network designs, WLAN heatmaps, and handover processes
• •Assist with migrations and rollouts for WLAN and managed services projects
• •Ensure compliance with security policies such as 802.1X and WPA3
