- •10+ years German pharmaceutical industry experience
- •Experience in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy
- •Experience launching products and portfolio management
- •Proven leadership and vision-setting skills
- •Excellent oral and written communication skills
- •High emotional intelligence and cross-functional leadership
- •Good analytical skills and business acumen
- •Experience managing large, complex hospital accounts
- •Strong pharmaceutical market and health economy expertise
- •Knowledge of oncology/hematology landscape and KOL relationships
- •Self-starter mentality and ability to navigate ambiguity
- •Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- •Postgraduate qualification (MBA, PhD) preferred
- •High proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- •High fluency in German and English
- •Willingness for national and international travel
