- 2+ years consulting or customer-facing experience in manufacturing digitalization or Life Science
- Passion for digitalization, manufacturing operations, or advanced life science processes

- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time)
- Experience with FactoryTalk PharmaSuite®, PAS-X, Opcenter, or other MES applications
- 1+ years professional experience in software development and systems design
- Understanding of MES domain knowledge
- Background within Life sciences/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Devices industries
- Knowledge in software configuration, validated software implementation (GxP and GAMP)
- Knowledge of automation systems and ERP
- Additional language skills are an asset, especially German
Aufgaben
- Analyze pharmaceutical processes
- Create reliable solutions for customers
- Work with MES/MOM software products
- Serve as primary contact for functional topics
- Collaborate with project/quality management, engineering, and IT
- Perform detailed process analysis
- Design and configure systems
- Develop pilot use cases
- Present proof of concepts to customers
- Conduct fit-gap analysis
- Showcase functional aspects for commercial proposals
- Consult and educate customers on solutions
- Improve processes and share best practices
- Create solution/process designs
- Convert designs into functional specifications
- Implement technology-enabled business solutions
- Participate in full-cycle MES implementation projects
- Build partnerships with customer counterparts
- Guide less experienced peers and contractors
