- Optimize sequences using bioinformatics tools.
- Clone plasmids and prepare expression vectors.
- Purify DNA fragments for electroporation.
- Extract genomic DNA and prepare cDNA.
- Perform PCR and purify PCR products.
- Prepare plates for NGS sequencing.
- Analyze Sanger and NGS sequencing data.
- Conduct qPCR using TaqMan and SYBER Green.
- Perform ddPCR for copy number analysis.
- Test for mycoplasma using PCR.
- Write SOPs and forms.
- Document and analyze reports.
- Implement new methods in the lab.
- Participate in R&D projects.
- Present internal project findings.
