- Experience deploying and managing application lifecycles on Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Experience working closely with engineering delivery teams
- Experience in structured development process, preferably Agile
- Familiarity with mobile programming languages (Objective-C / Swift, Android / Kotlin)
- Familiarity with scripting languages
- Good command of modern back-end and front-end technologies
- Good understanding of modern services-oriented infrastructure
- Familiarity with micro-services concepts
- Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus
- Design experience including mock-ups and rapid prototyping for mobile-first interfaces
- Strong eye for user experience quality
- Exceptionally clear documentation skills
- Exceptionally clear communication skills
- Capacity to take impactful decisions on technology roadmap
- Ability to thrive in a complex, international organization
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written, digital, and verbal communication skills in English
