- Familiarity with position reporting, hedging, derivatives (futures, options, swaps), market risk management
- Excel proficiency (Pivot tables, advanced functions, VBA scripting, data connections)
- SQL & data queries (ability to query databases, Microsoft Query, Power BI)
- Specific experience in market risk or middle office, and exposure to trading desks
- Fluency in French
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Clear oral and written communication, ability to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration with front office, risk, IT, and back-office teams
- Adaptability and capacity to manage changing priorities in fast-paced trading environment
- Organization and time management skills (handling multiple tasks and deadlines)
Aufgaben
- Analyze daily ETRM position changes
- Identify ETRM position discrepancies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to address ETRM issues
- Create manual ETRM adjustments as needed
- Prepare daily position and pricing exposure reports
- Prepare daily Value at Risk (VaR) reports
- Issue daily hedging orders to traders
- Manage internal allocations for hedging orders
- Monitor compliance with internal limits
- Monitor compliance with delegations of authority
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
- Collaborate with the ETRM team on new developments
- Build new reports
- Improve existing reports
- Streamline processes using technology
- Automate tasks using technology
