Anforderungen
- Degree in Informatics, Engineering, Logistics, or comparable field
- Several years of hands-on experience in MES recipe design and execution processes using Rockwell PharmaSuite or similar MES System
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or IT/OT environments (GxP, CSV)
- Strong technical understanding and structured working style
- High service orientation and strong communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Design and model production master recipes in Rockwell PharmaSuite
- Manage master data in MES
- Specify and implement new MES functions and enhancements
- Collaborate with Business, Quality Assurance, and IT/OT teams
- Contribute to the implementation and validation of systems in a GxP/CSV environment
- Provide 1st line support for end users, including 24/7 on-call support
- Coordinate effective resolution across relevant support teams
- Ensure high-quality incident/request handling in ServiceNow
- Support root cause analysis for incidents
- Conduct regular ticket and service performance reviews with team leads
- Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement of SLAs
- Act as a key contact for stakeholders and end users
- Translate technical complexity into user-friendly communication
- Support audits and inspections with traceable documentation
- Ensure compliant processes using ServiceNow and Veeva
- Support and lead projects and initiatives within the squad
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding activities
- Support interfaces with SAP, Warehouse Management, and Quality Systems
