- Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses
- Support due diligence across various industries
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance and Legal
- Prepare investment memoranda and board presentations
- Liaise with external investment banks and consultants
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Assist with post-merger integration and value realization
