Anforderungen
- Biomedical, scientific university education, ideally at postgraduate level
- Medical/paramedical practice or research career
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Successful track record as Medical Manager or medical department professional
- Experience delivering scientific presentations
- Building relationships with thought leaders
- Knowledge of data analysis and statistics
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance rules
- Previous Medical experience in Neurology and other Ipsen Therapeutic areas
- Good communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to situations
- Business fluent in German and English
Aufgaben
- Function as the scientific and medical expert for the assigned product
- Develop the national medical strategy in alignment with the global strategy
- Represent Ipsen in interactions with medical experts and scientific societies
- Steer and implement medical-scientific activities in the assigned area
- Train internal stakeholders on medical and product-specific content
- Review and release promotional and medical information materials
- Plan, initiate, and conduct clinical studies in cooperation with the clinical operations team
- Maintain oversight of local and international study progress
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal SOPs
- Plan and adhere to the assigned budget
