- •University degree in medical/science, relevant field, or 3+ years pharmaceutical experience
- •Preferable hands-on experience in haematology or orphan drugs
- •Experience from international LifeScience organization
- •Experience with product launches and strategy execution
- •Preferable experience in medical affairs or clinical science
- •In-depth knowledge of national healthcare systems
- •Ability to network with national KOLs
- •Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and compliance
- •Experience building relations with authorities
- •Understanding of pricing and regulatory processes
- •Fluency in German and English, preferably French

- •Lead pharmacovigilance and medical information responsibilities
- •Support marketed products and post-approval development
- •Recruit and develop medical department staff

- •Provide scientific guidance to R&D and regulatory teams
- •Allocate medical department resources and budgets
- •Deliver medical education programs and scientific publications
- •Organize and support scientific advisory boards
