  • •Focus on pre-launch Medical Affairs
  • •Scientific expertise in Oncology
  • •Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulations
  • •Confident, hands-on management skills
  • •Cross-functional collaboration experience
  • •Expertise in digital medical communications
  • •Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • •Fluent in business English
  • •Willingness to travel

  • •Execute the Global Medical Affairs Plan
  • •Implement omnichannel and digital asset strategies
  • •Manage congresses, symposia, and sponsorships
  • •Develop integrated scientific communication and publication strategies
  • •Create abstracts, posters, and manuscripts
  • •Lead medical education at international congresses
  • •Build strategic relationships with Key Medical Experts
  • •Facilitate advisory boards and scientific meetings
  • •Provide expertise across the drug development lifecycle
  • •Support safety and pharmacovigilance activities
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
  • •Conduct MLR reviews and monitor promotional compliance
  • •Manage external vendors and competitive intelligence
