Anforderungen

  • 2-4 years experience in account management or media planning role, preferably at media agency or e-commerce/retail media environment
  • Solid understanding of media landscape (digital and traditional channels)
  • Hands-on experience in campaign management and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with measurement frameworks (A/B testing, basic attribution, ROI tracking)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English

  • Maintain strong relationships with partner brands.
  • Serve as the daily contact for partner accounts.
  • Ensure timely responses and high service levels.
  • Understand partner objectives.
  • Translate objectives into data-driven media plans.
  • Prepare materials for strategic meetings.
  • Participate in strategic partner and internal meetings.
  • Execute co-branded media strategies.
  • Coordinate with teams for flawless campaign execution.
  • Draft media and creative briefs.
  • Manage media and creative briefs.
  • Monitor daily media performance.
  • Identify optimization opportunities using data.
  • Track campaign delivery and budget adherence.
  • Apply best practices for co-branded activities.
  • Build relationships with internal and partner teams.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Media Account Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Liaise between co-marketing and other teams.
  • Compile campaign performance data.
  • Present ROI analysis to partner brands.
  • Provide data-backed insights for optimizations.
  • Execute Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA).
  • Identify key learnings for future improvements.
