Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline
• •5+ years of experience in research, development, engineering, or digital/technology related environment
• •2+ years of multifaceted project management experience
• •Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• •Effective oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• •Demonstrated situational awareness and conflict resolution
• •Strong leadership presence with ability to influence and empower others
• •Self-starter with strong initiative and personal accountability
• •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• •Commitment to traveling for customer interaction and field testing
• •Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• •Lean Six Sigma certification
• •Working knowledge of industrial systems/control systems
• •PLC/Industrial protocol communication experience
• •Experience designing sensors
• •Experience with equipment design and managing specifications
• •Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software

Aufgaben

• •Guide project teams through the development process
• •Lead technical design for automation and equipment projects
• •Translate customer requirements into technical design specifications
• •Design and implement solution strategies to meet requirements
• •Execute new product development projects following project management principles
• •Create and maintain communication plans with global project teams
• •Negotiate project priorities, resources, and budget with leaders
• •Act as the primary interface between RD&E, IT, and business teams
• •Provide technical expertise on automation and digital development
• •Screen market technologies to address customer challenges
• •Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize technical dependencies
• •Partner with sales and service teams to promote solutions
• •Understand user experiences to inform decision-making
• •Create technical documents and specifications
• •Build deployment plans for installation and support resources
• •Liaise with support teams to manage knowledge transfer
• •Network with experts and vendors for innovative solutions
• •Coordinate with teams to research early innovation ideas
• •Ensure adherence to employee safety standards
• •Guide new product development activities from concept to launch
