- Expertise in dangerous goods handling (LiPo storage), warehouse inventory management (ERP/Jira), Health & Safety protocols
Aufgaben
- Lead the physical setup of the workshop.
- Optimize workbench ergonomics.
- Install safety equipment.
- Create specialized tool zones.
- Partner with Test Engineers to build test beds.
- Construct physical "Golden Rigs."
- Build environmental test chambers.
- Translate CAD designs into physical prototypes.
- Manage the Test Warehouse.
- Track drone spares, batteries, and ground support equipment.
- Ensure equipment is charged and ready.
- Prepare equipment for immediate field deployment.
- Oversee the lifecycle of all tools.
- Manage RMA processes for broken sensors.
- Coordinate tool calibration with external labs.
- Serve as Workshop Safety Officer.
- Enforce health and safety protocols.
