Aufgaben
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare method statements and risk assessments
- Ensure HVAC deliverables meet project requirements
- Sequence mechanical installations, including pipework
- Manage technical procurement of equipment and subcontractors
- Document and cost scope changes
- Prepare monthly valuations
- Contribute to the final account
- Manage the two-week look-ahead programme
- Plan and maintain labour resources
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality
- Coordinate subcontractor activities on site
- Identify and document variations and delays
- Formally notify project management of variations and delays
- Verify plant and material specifications
- Coordinate, store, and handle plant and materials safely
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and governance requirements
