- Ability to communicate effectively in English and German
- Eligibility to work in the country and apply for travel visas
- Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis
- Additional marketing experience in various fields
- Global supply chain management experience
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Experience developing and implementing solutions
- Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
- Relevant industry expertise in product, sales, or marketing technology
- MBA or master’s degree with specialization in marketing or digital (not required)
Aufgaben
- Manage deliverable development across multiple workstreams
- Contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns for clients
- Maintain working relationships with client managers
- Develop business recommendations and client presentations
- Plan and organize work for yourself and junior consultants
- Lead team and external meetings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance solution development
- Coach and mentor junior consultants in project management
