Aufgaben
- Plan local marketing objectives
- Develop marketing strategies
- Execute and supervise tactical action plans for Germany
- Define marketing targets in alignment with the country manager
- Develop tactical action plans for brand positioning and media approach
- Collaborate with external agencies to create marketing materials
- Propose and monitor the marketing budget
- Work with HQ product teams to adapt products for local standards
- Coordinate local and central content teams for quality communications
- Monitor and evaluate marketing activities and report KPIs
- Conduct market research and monitor competition activities
- Manage local and global agencies for campaign execution
- Create reports and analyses for the Country Manager and senior managers
- Ensure compliance of marketing activities with local regulations
- Lead and develop a local marketing team
