- Strong hands-on digital marketing and content creation
- Solid understanding of positioning, messaging, and product marketing
- Experience with external partners or agencies
- Strong English communication skills

- Enjoyment of building clarity in evolving situations
- Combination of structured thinking and pragmatic mindset
- Focus on outcomes, not perfect concepts
- Knowing when to do things yourself and when to leverage support

- Shape and refine brand positioning across markets
- Develop clear messaging and value propositions
- Create a consistent brand foundation
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Plan and execute B2B marketing activities
- Own key digital channels like LinkedIn, website, and email marketing
- Create core content such as posts, messaging, presentations, and website content
- Ensure consistent and effective marketing execution
- Translate product features into customer-oriented value propositions
- Support and drive go-to-market activities for new software products
- Create sales enablement materials
- Adapt messaging for different target groups and product stages
- Identify when external expertise adds value
- Brief and guide external partners effectively
- Ensure quality and alignment with brand positioning
- Manage external contributions within budget constraints
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and leadership
- Align marketing activities with business goals
- Define priorities for event and trade show activities
- Track relevant KPIs such as leads, engagement, and conversion
- Continuously improve activities based on results and feedback
- Focus on high-impact marketing activities
