Building and leading B2B marketing services for the live entertainment industry across Germany, Austria, Switzerland. 10+ years in senior marketing leadership with proven ability to build service models required. High autonomy in establishing a new regional organization.

- Proven ability to build marketing service models or manage marketing as a commercial product
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of commercial success
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multi-market budgets and teams
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in client environments
- Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
- Deep understanding of Austrian and Swiss markets
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes
- Skilled at building high-performing, cross-border teams
- Thrives in dynamic, evolving environments; comfortable leading change
- Demonstrates integrity, collaboration, and accountability
- Communicates with clarity and influence across levels

Aufgaben
- Establish and lead the Marketing & Advertising Services organization for the DACH region
- Develop the regional marketing services portfolio, including offerings, pricing, delivery processes, and ROI frameworks
- Plan and allocate the marketing budget across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Design and implement a best-in-class B2B marketing strategy across markets
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Development, and Finance to integrate marketing services into go-to-market activities
- Oversee B2C demand generation campaigns and performance marketing across digital and retail channels
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team in CRM, performance, brand, client marketing, design, and analytics
- Represent Ticketmaster’s marketing capabilities in pitches, conferences, and industry partnerships
- Align global best practices with local needs by collaborating with international stakeholders, including Global Marketing and Product teams in London
- Implement tools and automation to enhance campaign efficiency and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and innovation within the marketing organization
