Market Access Manager(m/w/x)
In this temporary role, you will focus on developing pricing and reimbursement strategies to ensure swift access to Novartis products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and addressing access challenges in the Swiss Healthcare System.
Anforderungen
- Degree in Natural Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Economics, Legal, or equivalent
- Full professional proficiency in English and German; French is an advantage
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in Pharma/Life Sciences/Health Insurance industry
- Solid understanding of national health care system, regulatory environment, and drug reimbursement process
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic topics
- Ability to develop trust-based relationships with government officials, health insurances, and other key stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for Novartis products
- Create reimbursement strategies for sustainable access
- Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers to national authorities
- Manage alignment within cross-functional teams
- Secure resources and endorsement from local leadership
- Collaborate with HEOR for pharmacoeconomic models
- Understand stakeholder needs and the competitive P&R environment
- Provide input into product development and financial planning
- Identify and address data gaps with HEOR and Medical functions
- Maintain and update P&R tools and systems for data handling
- Build networks with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop innovative reimbursement solutions for access hurdles
- Anticipate business impacts of legislation with External Affairs
- Provide input into policies and industry associations
