- Ability to manage multiple interfaces in high-pressure offshore environments
- Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability
- Competence in interpreting and applying marine regulations and standards
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are an asset
- Willingness to travel and work at ports or offshore sites as required
Aufgaben
- Coordinate marine logistics and operations for the offshore wind project
- Act as the primary interface with port authorities and maritime offices
- Ensure vessel compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate employer fleet and guard vessel operations
- Support construction and logistics teams with port operations
- Lead marine interface management and HSSE alignment across teams
