- Monitor daily operations to ensure product quality
- Apply lean principles like 5S and KVP for process improvements
- Manage resources including people, machines, and materials
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Deliver high-quality framed and printed products consistently
- Mentor and motivate team members to exceed performance goals
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Act as a visible leader to drive results and collaboration
- Maintain high standards for production quality and ethics

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
