- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, documentation

- Support and optimize production processes and workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Identify and implement tooling improvements.
- Identify and implement production system improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical manufacturing issues.
- Develop and maintain work instructions.
- Develop and maintain process flows.
- Develop and maintain system procedures.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Ensure manufacturing readiness for NPI.
- Ensure process stability for NPI.
- Analyze manufacturing and operational data.
- Identify trends in data.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Improve manufacturing yield.
- Reduce product defects.
- Stabilize manufacturing processes.
- Support implementation of MES, ERP, tracking tools.
- Support improvement of MES, ERP, tracking tools.
- Contribute to Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Contribute to operational excellence programs.
- Standardize manufacturing processes.
- Improve production performance visibility.
