In this role, you will drive the successful launch and lifecycle management of pharmaceutical products while optimizing manufacturing processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with global teams, standardizing practices, and ensuring alignment across functions to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree or PhD in engineering, science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• •Extensive experience in manufacturing injectable, sterile fluids and quality control processes
• •Demonstrated success collaborating in multi-cultural, globally distributed teams
• •Advanced knowledge of GMP and ISO standards
• •History of leading transformative projects in MS&T
• •Fluency in English at an advanced level; additional language skills are a plus
• •Exceptional ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders
• •Regular travel on a global scale

• •Ensure smooth execution of CMC development, scale-up, and launches
• •Provide data-driven insights to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes
• •Guide the launch, transfer, and lifecycle management of pharma products
