Ensuring CMC development, scale-up, and launches for enteral/parenteral nutrition products. Extensive experience in sterile fluids manufacturing and complex mixtures formulation required. Global process standardization, advanced GMP knowledge, and cross-cultural team collaboration.

Anforderungen

  • Extensive experience in enteral/parenteral nutrition manufacturing, quality control, emulsion technologies, and formulation/stability of complex mixtures
  • Master’s degree or PhD in engineering, science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating readiness to lead globally
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing injectable, sterile fluids, quality control, formulation/stability of complex mixtures, packaging formats, scale-up, transfers, and related QC methods
  • Demonstrated success collaborating in multi-cultural, globally distributed teams, adaptability, and strategic alignment to diverse regional priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of GMP and ISO standards with a track record of ensuring compliance and driving process innovation
  • History of leading transformative projects in MS&T, ability to build and inspire high-performing teams, and drive organizational change
  • Advanced English fluency; additional language skills (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi) are a plus
  • Exceptional ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, lead by example, with sound decision-making and innovative problem-solving
