- Allocate equipment to optimize efficiency
- Escalate campaign risks to management
- Confirm raw material availability with warehouse
- Plan maintenance to avoid production interruptions
- Facilitate communication between shifts
- Update planning and tracking tools
- Document plan changes under GMP standards
- Prepare capacity and utilization reports
- Improve scheduling and coordination routines
- Participate in daily performance reviews
- Troubleshoot planning-related downtime
