Aufgaben
- Adjust, repair, program, calibrate, and maintain production equipment
- Ensure equipment complies with industry standards and regulations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on monitored equipment
- Conduct planned and unplanned calibration to ensure accurate operation
- Manage external calibration and maintenance activities and documentation
- Monitor and manage equipment data using management software
- Analyze equipment and machine failures to determine causes and solutions
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment by exchanging parts and components
- Review equipment manuals to suggest modifications and improvements
- Collaborate on quality, production, and safety problem-solving and implementation
- Assist engineers and operators in the production process
- Support and execute process and method validations
- Plan, execute, and document equipment qualification activities
- Ensure compliance with general and safety procedures
- Supervise or manage technicians and interns as needed
- Perform additional activities as required
