- Degree as Engineer, Technician in Mechanics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or comparable qualification
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in automotive industry or high-volume production environments
- Solid knowledge of Quality Management principles, including Statistical Process Control and Process Capability
- Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes
- Experience with CAD tools for reviewing and validating technical drawings and models
- Strong project management skills, with ability to manage timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
- Understanding of legal requirements and CE specifications relevant to manufacturing and equipment compliance
- Advanced English and German language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge in controls and automation systems is a plus
Aufgaben
- Drive technical project execution by managing subprojects across timing, budget, and technical scope
- Conduct manufacturing feasibility analyses (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA for new products
- Develop detailed specifications for manufacturing equipment
- Provide strategic recommendations for procurement decisions
- Review CAD drawings and models for compliance with customer requirements and standards
- Ensure adherence to specifications throughout all project phases
- Lead supplier selection and make-or-buy decisions
- Manage advanced manufacturing subprojects across all EMEA plants
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of machines
- Provide technical support to internal project teams
- Select and motivate project team members
- Drive creation and validation of Bill-of-Material, drawings, and documentation
