- Ability to prepare clear, fact-based recommendations and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining effective relationships with senior customers, consultants and industry stakeholders
- Ability to influence and facilitate activities in global environments
- Strong and inspiring team player
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in matrix organizations
- Excellent business judgment and professional standards
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
Aufgaben
- Analyze market, customer, competitive, and technology trends
- Evaluate business models, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Identify Clarios’ positioning, gaps, and requirements
- Develop actionable strategies and tactics for growth
- Prepare structured analyses and presentations for senior leaders
- Support the yearly update of the EMEA multi-year strategic plan
- Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to enhance planning processes
- Track progress and impact of strategic initiatives
- Lead selected cross-functional projects within the EMEA Strategic Plan
- Identify new strategic opportunities and cost-saving measures
