Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a team of 5-10 Celonis Consultants
- Drive successful deployments of Celonis and AI technologies
- Manage services sales cycles and project scoping
- Create service proposals for DACH Automotive customers
- Ensure strong customer engagement during Celonis implementations
- Build and support a high-performance consulting team
- Develop career paths for team members
- Manage attrition, productivity, and resource allocation
- Motivate and train the consulting team
- Manage a portfolio of diverse project types
- Build relationships with strategic automotive customers
- Ensure timely and high-quality technology deployments
- Focus on driving measurable business impact
- Deliver tangible value to meet customer requirements
- Accelerate time to first value for customers
- Communicate with stakeholders in largest customers
- Handle escalations and challenging situations
- Manage and forecast resource capacity and utilization
- Staff all customer engagements appropriately
- Position and sell the right services
- Work closely with Sales and Value Engineering
- Support ACV land and expand motions
- Maximize services revenue and ensure utilization targets
- Provide weekly revenue forecast updates
- Drive a value-focused mindset within the team
- Ensure project governance for rapid improvements
- Drive user adoption of Celonis technology
- Incorporate comprehensive adoption plans into projects
- Collaborate with the Academy for user onboarding and training
- Foster a culture of technical curiosity
- Promote adoption of AI and innovation
- Orchestrate thought leadership with internal specialists
- Guide customers through new AI-driven product frontiers
- Ensure consultants are fully enabled for AI capabilities
