- Exposure to different hierarchical levels
- More extensive leadership experience is a plus
- Practical experience applying Data & AI to solve business challenges
- Passion for developing skills in Data & AI

Aufgaben
- Lead strategic projects in Healthcare, Life Science, Electronics, and Enabling Functions
- Work with senior management on local, regional, and global initiatives
- Provide business consulting for strategy development, commercial excellence, and operations
- Support projects from design to implementation
- Own projects end-to-end, managing interactions with internal clients
- Guide project teams in flat structures
- Identify and apply Data & AI opportunities in projects
- Develop proposals and present to steering committees
- Close projects and ensure successful completion
- Match project assignments with individual development goals
- Experience the impact of your work on business and patients
- Cultivate a deep internal network through project leadership
- Mentor and develop junior colleagues
- Transition to key leadership or expert roles within the company after 2-4 years
