- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field
- At least 5 years of SAP Data Management, MDM, Data Quality, and Data Governance experience
- Practical experience with SAP Data Quality Management or comparable tools (Syniti, Information Steward, Data Services)
- Previous participation in international SAP transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly self-driven and ability to work independently
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- German language skills are an advantage

- Develop and implement data quality strategies for SAP
- Monitor and analyze data quality metrics
- Collaborate with business units on data standards
- Lead data cleansing and enrichment activities
- Manage data governance processes and controls
- Resolve data-related issues with IT and business teams
- Conduct data quality audits and provide insights
- Lead data profiling and cleansing for system migration
- Oversee IT system ownership and performance
- Participate in data governance initiatives
- Engage in cross-functional data projects
