- Serve as the R&D digital expert
- Maintain understanding of central digital initiatives
- Form R&D perspectives on digital workflows
- Support steering committee decision-making and alignment
- Manage R&D activities for complex digital initiatives
- Track project dependencies, readiness, and change impacts
- Perform cross-R&D analyses and create overviews
- Translate technical solutions into R&D-relevant guidance
- Lead R&D change management and governance
- Manage communications and training enablement
- Monitor digital adoption and value realization
- Coordinate training with central teams and vendors
- Drive continuous improvement through performance indicators
