- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Understand client operational pain points and objectives
- Translate client needs into project scopes and solutions
- Present findings and status updates to client sponsors
- Conduct detailed analyses of clients' supply chain performance
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Analyze the end-to-end value chain for inefficiencies
- Support manufacturing and distribution strategy engagements
- Evaluate impacts of network redesign scenarios
- Assist clients in localizing production or outsourcing
- Perform supplier assessments and cost-benefit analyses
- Map out clients' distribution networks and logistics flows
- Identify opportunities to reduce lead times and logistics costs
- Work on specialized projects for cell and gene therapies
- Develop scalable processes for high-value biologics
- Lead workstreams to establish or refine S&OP processes
- Define forecasting methodologies and set up S&OP meetings
- Train client teams on scenario planning and inventory optimization
- Execute lean and Six Sigma initiatives in operations
- Run Kaizen workshops to streamline manufacturing processes
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure rigorous analytical work
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align project work with client strategy
- Incorporate proprietary data and tools into solutions
