- Strong hands-on Veeva Vault (PromoMats and/or MedComms)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva CRM) and marketing automation tools
- Pharma or regulated industries background preferred
- Strategic, analytical mindset with pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership balancing compliance and business agility

- Take ownership of Veeva Vault platform
- Create seamless customer experiences
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Sales, IT, and Compliance
- Evolve AOP Health’s omnichannel strategy and roadmap
- Champion omnichannel transformation
- Boost adoption of tools and processes
- Design customer journeys across channels
- Lead Veeva Vault ecosystem development
- Ensure efficient content approval processes
- Define and use KPIs for performance improvement
- Support product launches with omnichannel planning
- Act as key interface between business, IT, and partners
