- •Advanced degree in business, supply chain, or related field
- •Professional certification in procurement or supply chain
- •Progressive leadership experience in complex procurement organizations
- •Experience managing outsourced procurement or indirect spend
- •Track record in high-value tenders and negotiations
- •Experience implementing procurement policy and process optimization
- •Minimum 10 years of procurement and sourcing experience
- •Experience with UN agencies or donor-funded models
- •Familiarity with Global Fund operating and sourcing frameworks
- •Experience in public and private sector procurement
- •Excellent English and good working French knowledge
