- Lead marketing initiatives for new products in Technical Formulation
- Define criteria for selecting and prioritizing new product developments
- Coordinate business case preparation for new developments
- Set volume, margin targets, and success metrics for new products
- Execute business plans for successful product commercialization
- Address all marketing needs to support sales teams
- Monitor product performance and adjust specifications and prices as needed
- Manage discontinuation of financially non-viable products
