In this role, you will ensure food safety and quality across logistics in France and DACH by implementing robust management systems and training teams to maintain compliance. Your daily responsibilities will include crisis management, performance oversight, and collaboration to foster a strong food safety culture.

Anforderungen

• •Strong expertise in logistics FSQA
• •Knowledge of EU food safety legislation
• •Expertise in France and DACH markets
• •Experience with GFSI-recognised standards and BRCGS
• •Proven ability to establish, maintain, and audit HACCP systems and QMS
• •Ability to develop, implement, and train SOPs and FSQA processes
• •Openness to travel to locations in FR and DACH
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• •Ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and authorities
• •Analytical and data-driven mindset
• •Capability to set up governance structures and convert data into KPIs
• •Advanced Google Suite and MS Office skills
• •Fluency in English
• •German and/or French are a big plus

Aufgaben

• •Ensure compliance with food safety legislation in FR and DACH
• •Oversee logistics FSQA performance through governance and KPI reporting
• •Lead crisis and incident management for traceability and temperature control
• •Establish and maintain a Quality Management System aligned with BRCGS standards
• •Develop and implement SOPs and HACCP systems
• •Train hub teams to ensure compliance with audit programs
• •Validate and verify cold chain processes and follow up on corrective actions
• •Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, and International FSQA teams to embed standards
