- Several years leadership experience in Parts Sales Management, ideally international setup
- Hands-on mentality and active operational involvement
- Strong SAP sales-related process knowledge
- Experience with AI/automation-supported operational environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills in multicultural teams
- Willingness to travel (15%)

- Lead the global spare parts inside-sales organization.
- Develop the global spare parts inside-sales organization.
- Build a unified, customer-centric sales support structure across regions.
- Harmonize global processes.
- Implement the global operating model in EMEA & NAM.
- Establish standardized KPIs.
- Establish standardized service levels.
- Establish standardized governance.
- Accelerate digitalization initiatives.
- Accelerate automation initiatives.
- Leverage AI, eCommerce, and ticketing systems.
- Guide regional teams through change initiatives.
- Ensure strong communication across markets.
- Provide training across markets.
- Manage knowledge across markets.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Service, Product Management, Operations.
