Aufgaben
- Own and maintain the Seasonal GTM Calendar for Smartwool & icebreaker
- Develop standardized frameworks for special project planning and execution
- Manage the Brand Master Plan file with Global Product Creation & Marketing teams
- Conduct regular touch points with Brand Leadership teams for business strategy updates
- Lead projects to improve business systems and operational processes
- Oversee training for new users and troubleshoot system issues
- Lead the GTM process and schedule key milestone meetings
- Track execution of seasonal deliverables across multiple GTM calendars
- Continuously evaluate GTM timelines based on market needs
- Build and maintain GTM timeline management tools for efficiency
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks and adjust timelines as needed
- Support Global Product Leadership Teams by coordinating consumer insights feedback
