- Drive performance across the group's business portfolio in Europe and North Africa
- Deliver practical insights and key financial highlights to the Motherson Management Board
- Develop and execute business enhancement strategies
- Manage glide path development and turnaround programs for sustainable growth
- Assess strategic business investments with a focus on financial impact
- Oversee the budget review process for all business verticals
- Ensure budget alignment with corporate objectives
- Lead initiatives to optimize Free Cash Flow and Working Capital
- Drive efficiency and financial stability across the organization
