In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of key enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance and stakeholder satisfaction. You will lead a team while fostering vendor relationships and driving innovation in a fast-paced, international environment.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• •5+ years in enterprise application management for organisations with 10,000+ users
• •Proven expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and vendor management
• •Demonstrated experience leading and developing application delivery teams
• •Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• •Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects independently
• •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
• •Deep understanding of enterprise application security best practices
• •Experience with Atlassian, Google Workspace and Slack administration and best practices
• •Proven ability to drive Power User Community deployment and management across multiple entities at a global scale

• •Enforce security standards and compliance with regulations

• •Balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight
• •Guide and support a team of 6 application specialists
• •Create and maintain documentation and training materials
• •Ensure a 'follow the sun' support model across locations
• •Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing
