Anforderungen
- •Previous experience in digital trade, merchandising, or planning role
- •Fluency in English, other European languages a plus
- •Strong analytical mindset with attention to details
- •Excellent understanding of online marketplaces
- •Excellent organizational and project management skills
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- •Proficiency in SAP and Excel; experience with digital analytics tools and BI systems a plus
- •Formal education and subsequent University bachelor’s or master’s degree nice to have

- •Own the inventory and allocation strategy for digital marketplaces
- •Lead seasonal allocation and replenishment planning
- •Oversee Stock Transport Orders (STOs) and in-season PIR processes in SAP
- •Align forecasts and manage OTB with the Planning team
- •Lead the digital trading calendar to align with brand campaigns
- •Define and execute discounting and promotional frameworks
- •Coordinate with Marketing to activate campaigns that drive traffic
- •Own performance reporting and analytics for trading decisions
- •Champion cross-functional collaboration with various teams
- •Drive the rollout of new trading tools and platform enhancements
- •Conduct deep dives into product and partner-level performance
- •Collaborate on pre-season planning with strategic recommendations
- •Lead assortment definition with wholesale leads
- •Evolve processes to improve agility and responsiveness
- •Support any other operational activities as needed
