- Strong grasp of detail and a hands-on approach
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to improve existing ways of working and identify innovative solutions

- Manage collection and interpretation of client data
- Drive data analysis and identify key insights
- Oversee multiple small or complex categories
- Support and guide junior consultants on projects
- Manage relationships with client stakeholders
- Set strategic direction and solve complex client problems
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve targeted outcomes
- Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies
- Participate in the recruitment of junior consultants
