- Manufacturing production experience within the Medtech, automotive or chemical domain
- Fluency in French and English
- Independent mindset and capability to work under pressure by meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills aimed at coordination and reporting, along with excellent organizational skills
Aufgaben
- Lead installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Maintain accurate records of equipment technical notices and upgrades
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance using data-driven methods
- Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
- Establish standardized troubleshooting methodologies
- Partner with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
- Provide technical expertise to maintenance technicians and engineering teams
- Define and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- Lead Equipment Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (eFMEA) processes
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment reliability
- Support equipment selection and evaluation for optimal performance
