- Knowledge of Process/Fire Safety (valued)
Aufgaben
- Lead the site's machinery safety program
- Manage machinery safety training and competency
- Conduct machine risk assessments using technical standards
- Ensure CE conformity for new and modified equipment
- Perform gap assessments and define action plans
- Support machinery change control and procurement projects
- Identify hazards through regular gemba walks
- Contribute to the global machinery safety community
- Provide expert input for safety audits
- Collaborate with maintenance on safety-related components
- Support EHS management within the packaging department
- Coordinate risk assessments and incident investigations
- Monitor compliance of processes and work practices
- Enforce LOTO and energy isolation controls
- Participate in commissioning and qualification activities
- Strengthen the site's safety culture
