Aufgaben
- Drive automation, digitalization, and emerging technologies
- Support and industrialize automated and semi-automated production processes
- Explore and validate next-generation solutions like AI-driven manufacturing, advanced robotics, humanoid robots, autonomous material handling, and smart factory technologies
- Ensure production readiness for future manufacturing challenges and opportunities
- Provide first- and second-level production support
- Maintain, control, and advance automated and semi-automated manufacturing processes
- Manage laser processing, SMT assembly, dispensing, underfill, jetting, curing, lacquering, and coating technologies
- Drive adoption of advanced automation, smart manufacturing solutions, and digital process technologies
- Optimize manufacturing quality, cost, delivery performance, and yield
- Lead and support automation, digitalization, and innovation initiatives
- Act as task or project manager and subject matter expert
- Fulfill Change Plan Owner, Special Batch Owner, and ISIR Owner responsibilities
- Perform technical investigations, process validation, and documentation
- Develop and deliver training concepts for operators and technical teams
- Promote implementation of new manufacturing technologies, automation solutions, and best practices
- Resolve equipment, process, and product non-conformance issues
- Utilize data-driven methodologies and advanced process monitoring techniques
- Improve equipment reliability, process capability, and manufacturing robustness
- Fulfill NC Owner and NC Action Owner roles
- Collaborate in introduction, industrialization, and scaling of new products, processes, and manufacturing technologies
- Transfer production processes across global sites
- Support deployment of advanced robotics, AI-enabled systems, machine vision, autonomous manufacturing solutions, and future smart factory concepts
- Scout, evaluate, and pilot emerging manufacturing technologies
- Assess applicability of advanced robotics, humanoid robots, AI-driven automation, autonomous material handling systems, and Industry 4.0 solutions
- Identify opportunities to leverage innovative manufacturing concepts
- Improve productivity, flexibility, quality, and sustainability
- Ensure future readiness of manufacturing operations
