- Experience drafting board proposals and C-level decks
- Strong network within LNG industry (plus)
- Strong network with upstream US companies (plus)
- Excellent problem-solving ability, creative in finding alternative solutions
- Independent thinker, able to work well in a team
- Global geographical focus and ad hoc focus per LNG desk requirement
- Requires close/daily coordination with internal colleagues & MET Group subsidiaries
- English language proficiency
Aufgaben
- Originate, structure, execute, and manage mid/long-term deals
- Act as market access focal point for regional counterparties
- Originate mid to long-term LNG transactions (3+ years)
- Manage transaction process from KYC to intel gathering
- Structure termsheets and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on contracts
- Align transactions with MET LNG strategy
- Leverage and maintain relationships with external players
- Gather market intelligence and identify new transaction opportunities
- Support structuring of related hedges and trades
- Support structuring of capacity positions
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
