- Provide immediate, on-site maintenance support for AOG situations
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft mechanical systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft electrical systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft avionics systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft structural systems
- Minimize aircraft downtime
- Ensure aircraft return to service safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with technical and logistics teams
- Adapt to dynamic environments
- Deliver world-class service under pressure
- Collaborate with maintenance control teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams
- Collaborate with operations teams
- Determine corrective actions for AOG situations
- Expedite solutions for AOG situations
- Manage AOG parts logistics
- Source AOG components
- Request AOG components
- Coordinate AOG component shipments
- Liaise with customers
- Liaise with OEMs
- Liaise with Jet Aviation base maintenance stations
- Provide real-time progress updates to customers
- Build trust with customers
- Uphold regulatory compliance standards (EASA, FAA)

- Complete accurate maintenance documentation
