Anforderungen
- Commercial training and professional experience as a team assistant or office manager
- Excellent written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and all Google tools
- Knowledge of Jira is an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- Professional manners, friendly and engaging demeanor
- Organizational talent, careful and structured way of working
- High level of reliability and a responsible, independent way of working
Aufgaben
- Oversee general administrative functions
- Assist in-house attorneys with organizational tasks
- Ensure high organizational efficiency and communication
- Maintain records and coordinate between departments
- Provide administrative support for the legal department
- Participate in preparing project coordination plans
- Collect stakeholder reports on specific projects
- Organize daily office routine and complete general tasks
- File documents and manage correspondence
- Receive and respond to phone, fax, email, and Jira ticket requests
- Process incoming and outgoing emails for the legal department
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate with outside counsel and forward tasks
- Format contracts and other legal documents
